We offer a full refund or replacement for physical books that are:
• Damaged in transit
• Lost or not received
Refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of your expected delivery date by emailing hello@storiesthatsetusfree.com with your order details and, where possible, a photo of the damage.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Errors, typos, or content within the book
• Editorial or creative choices
• Incorrect address provided at checkout
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Ebooks
All ebook sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once purchased and delivered.
The Vault — monthly subscription
The Vault is billed monthly at AUD $6 per month.
• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed
• No minimum term applies
